1. Quiénes somos

ENKI Sign es una aplicación móvil para hacer letreros de recepción: los que se sostienen en la sala de llegadas de un aeropuerto, en un puerto de cruceros o en la entrada de un hotel. La desarrolla ENKI FIXER. Para cualquier duda sobre este aviso escríbenos a support@enkifixer.com.

2. Qué información se guarda y dónde

Toda la información vive en el almacenamiento privado de la aplicación, dentro de tu teléfono. No se envía a ningún servidor nuestro, porque no tenemos ninguno.

No pedimos ni guardamos: tu nombre, tu correo electrónico, tu teléfono, tu dirección, tu ubicación, tus contactos ni ningún dato de pago.

3. Los permisos que pide la aplicación

• Fotos y archivos: solo cuando tocas «subir logo», para que puedas elegir la imagen. La app no recorre tu galería ni la lee por su cuenta: recibe únicamente la imagen que tú seleccionas, y esa imagen se queda en el teléfono.
• Imprimir y compartir: se usan las funciones del propio sistema operativo. Cuando compartes un letrero, lo entrega a la aplicación que tú elijas (WhatsApp, correo, la impresora). A partir de ahí aplican las políticas de esa aplicación, no la nuestra.

4. Suscripciones y pagos

La suscripción Pro se compra y se cancela dentro de Google Play. Nosotros nunca vemos ni recibimos los datos de tu tarjeta: el cobro lo procesa Google.

Para reconocer que tu suscripción está vigente usamos RevenueCat, un servicio que valida las compras con la tienda. Recibe un identificador anónimo de la compra que genera la propia tienda; no le mandamos tu nombre, tu correo ni el contenido de tus letreros, y no puede ver ninguna de las dos cosas.

Si usas la aplicación sin suscripción, no se comunica con ningún servicio.

5. Estadísticas de uso

Para saber cómo se usa la aplicación y decidir qué mejorar, recopilamos estadísticas anónimas y agregadas. Esto significa que vemos números del conjunto de usuarios, no el comportamiento de una persona identificable.

Lo que sí medimos, y no es más que esto:

• Si la bienvenida se termina o se salta, y en qué pantalla se abandona.
• Cuál de las tres plantillas se usa, y si el letrero salió impreso, compartido o en PDF.
• Cuándo se abre la pantalla de Pro y por cuál de sus puertas, y cuándo alguien llega al límite del plan gratuito.
• Datos técnicos generales: tipo de dispositivo, sistema operativo, idioma y país aproximado (deducido del idioma o de la tienda, nunca con GPS).

Utilizamos Aptabase, un servicio de analítica enfocado en privacidad que no crea perfiles de usuario ni rastrea entre aplicaciones.

5.1 Publicidad y rastreo

Ninguno de los dos. La aplicación no muestra anuncios, no usa identificadores de publicidad y no rastrea lo que haces en otras aplicaciones. No perfilamos a nadie y no tomamos decisiones automatizadas sobre ti.

6. Con quién se comparte tu información

No vendemos ni rentamos información a nadie, ni compartimos con terceros lo que escribes —entre otras razones, porque no lo tenemos—. Del teléfono sólo salen tres cosas: el letrero que tú compartes o imprimes, la compra de la suscripción a través de Google Play, y las estadísticas anónimas de la sección 5, que van a Aptabase como proveedor nuestro.

Podríamos entregar información si nos lo ordenara una autoridad competente, pero en la práctica no hay nada que entregar: tus letreros y tu logotipo no están en nuestro poder.

7. Menores de edad

La aplicación está pensada para uso profesional y no está dirigida a menores de 13 años. No recopilamos a sabiendas información de menores; como no recopilamos información de nadie, tampoco de ellos.

8. Tus derechos sobre tu información

Como todo está en tu teléfono, tú tienes el control directo:

• Ver y corregir: todo lo que la app guarda se ve y se edita dentro de la app.
• Borrar: puedes quitar tu logotipo y limpiar los textos desde la misma app. Desinstalarla borra todo lo que haya guardado, de forma definitiva.
• Llevártelo: tus letreros salen en PDF o en imagen cuando quieras.

No podemos borrar por ti información que nunca recibimos. Si desinstalas la app sin guardar tus letreros, se pierden: no hay copia en ningún lado.

9. Seguridad

La información se guarda en el área privada de la aplicación, que el sistema operativo aísla de las demás apps. Aun así, la seguridad de tu teléfono también depende de ti: usa bloqueo de pantalla y mantén el sistema actualizado. Si prestas el teléfono, quien lo tenga puede abrir la app y ver los letreros guardados.

10. Cambios a este aviso

Si cambia, actualizaremos la fecha del encabezado y publicaremos la nueva versión en esta misma dirección. Si el cambio es importante, lo avisaremos dentro de la aplicación.

1. Who we are

ENKI Sign is a mobile app for making pickup signs: the ones held up in an airport arrivals hall, at a cruise terminal or at a hotel entrance. It is developed by ENKI FIXER. For any question about this policy, write to support@enkifixer.com.

2. What is stored, and where

All information lives in the app's private storage, inside your phone. None of it is sent to a server of ours, because we don't have one.

We do not ask for or store: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, location, contacts, or any payment details.

3. The permissions the app asks for

• Photos and files: only when you tap "upload logo", so you can pick the image. The app does not browse or read your gallery on its own: it receives only the image you select, and that image stays on the phone.
• Printing and sharing: these use the operating system's own features. When you share a sign, it is handed to the app you choose (WhatsApp, email, the printer). From that point on, that app's policy applies, not ours.

4. Subscriptions and payments

The Pro subscription is purchased and cancelled inside Google Play. We never see or receive your card details: Google processes the payment.

To recognize that your subscription is active we use RevenueCat, a service that validates purchases with the store. It receives an anonymous purchase identifier generated by the store itself; we do not send it your name, your email or the content of your signs, and it cannot see either of them.

If you use the app without a subscription, it does not talk to any service at all.

5. Usage statistics

To understand how the app is used and decide what to improve, we collect anonymous, aggregated statistics. That means we see numbers across all users, not the behavior of an identifiable person.

What we do measure, and it is no more than this:

• Whether the welcome tour is finished or skipped, and on which screen it is abandoned.
• Which of the three templates is used, and whether the sign was printed, shared or saved as a PDF.
• When the Pro sheet is opened and through which door, and when someone reaches the free plan's limit.
• General technical data: device type, operating system, language and approximate country (inferred from the language or the store, never from GPS).

We use Aptabase, a privacy-focused analytics service that builds no user profiles and does not track across apps.

5.1 Advertising and tracking

Neither one. The app shows no ads, uses no advertising identifiers and does not track what you do in other apps. We do not profile anyone and we make no automated decisions about you.

6. Who your information is shared with

We do not sell or rent information to anyone, and we do not share what you type with third parties — among other reasons, because we don't have it. Only three things ever leave the phone: the sign you share or print, the subscription purchase through Google Play, and the anonymous statistics from section 5, which go to Aptabase as our provider.

We would hand over information if ordered to by a competent authority, but in practice there is nothing to hand over: your signs and your logo are not in our possession.

7. Children

The app is meant for professional use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children; since we collect information from no one, that includes them.

8. Your rights over your information

Since everything is on your phone, you are in direct control:

• See and correct: everything the app stores is visible and editable inside the app.
• Delete: you can remove your logo and clear the text from the app itself. Uninstalling it erases everything it had stored, permanently.
• Take it with you: your signs come out as a PDF or an image whenever you want.

We cannot delete information on your behalf that we never received. If you uninstall the app without saving your signs, they are gone: there is no copy anywhere.

9. Security

Information is kept in the app's private area, which the operating system isolates from other apps. Even so, your phone's security also depends on you: use a screen lock and keep the system updated. If you lend your phone, whoever holds it can open the app and see the stored signs.

10. Changes to this policy

If it changes, we will update the date in the header and publish the new version at this same address. If the change is significant, we will say so inside the app.
